Geek Speak Game
The purpose of this exercise which is purely meant as a fun exercise for the class to work as a group is to convert a simple phrase into GeekSpeak. GeekSpeak is a language in which the phrase is rendered in pure scientific terms. An example is given, the group should come up with GeekSpeak translations for some of the others (three seed examples are given). After complete – other teams will try to guess your true natural English versions of the phrase as a competition.
