Players keep the ball in the air without letting it touch the ground by using combinations of touches with feet, thighs, chest, and head

Yellow - Players achieve 10 touches with one bounce allowed between touches

Orange - Players have 10 consecutive touches with no ground or hand touches. Must use both feet.

Dribbling
Two cones are placed 5 yards (or meters) apart. The ball is placed between the cones. Players dribble the ball in a figure 8 pattern around the 2 cones. If a cone is knocked down - player must stop to place it back up. Each full figure 8 is counted as one lap.

Yellow - Players must complete 5 laps in one minute.

Orange - Players must complete 10 laps in one minute.

Blue - Players complete 12 laps in one minute.

Shooting Accuracy
Hula hoops (standard size) are attached to a fence or something else capable of holding them up at three levels; one with the bottom on the ground (low), one with center at 3 feet (mid), one with center at 5 feet (high). Players shoot at these hoops using 10 shots and accuracy is recorded as number of hits for 10 attempts.

For each level (low, mid, high)

Yellow - 50% accuracy at 5 yards

Orange - 50% accuracy at 10 yards for each foot.

Blue - 90% accuracy at 10 yards for each foot.

Purple - 90% accuracy at 15 yards each foot.

Heading
Using setup in shooting accuracy, players head a ball tossed lightly by coach

Yellow - simply demonstrate ability to head tossed ball.

For each level (low, mid, high);

Orange - Tossed ball 5 yards, 80% accuracy.

Blue - Tossed ball 10 yards, 80% accuracy.

Purple - Player starts at 15 yard line, balled is tossed and headed at 10 yard line (player must run to ball) - 80% accuracy.

Volley Shots
use setup in shooting accuracy, player starts with ball in hand, drops ball and shoots on first bounce.

Yellow - no test

For each level;

Orange - 50% accuracy from 5 yards

Blue - 50% accuracy from 10 yards

Purple - Ball is tossed from 15 yard line forward to 10 yard line, 50% accuracy.

Setup is a line with 2 cones 10 yards away, one yard apart - this is the target. Players get 10 tries, accuracy (through the cones) is recorded.
